This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Pair2FA web platform, APIs, dashboard, and TOTP generation services. By registering an account or accessing a shared workspace, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or possess legal business authority to enter into binding contracts.
• If accepting on behalf of an organization, you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Pair2FA provides cryptographic mechanisms to share 2FA access safely within teams. You remain fully responsible for:

• Maintaining strong, unique master login passwords and keeping master credentials confidential.
• Assigning appropriate access roles (Admin vs Viewer) to invited team members.
• Promptly revoking access for departing employees or third-party contractors via the workspace management dashboard.

You agree not to misuse Pair2FA services. Prohibited actions include:

• Adding 2FA secrets for accounts you do not legally own or have explicit authorization to access.
• Attempting to probe, vulnerability-scan, or breach Pair2FA authentication infrastructure without prior written penetration test agreement.
• Using automated scripts to scrape generated verification passcodes outside authorized Pair2FA APIs.

Pair2FA strives for 99.99% service availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pair2FA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party service provider outages or unauthorized account access caused by compromised user credentials. Pair2FA's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
